After flying into the Phoenix Airport (PHX), you’ll head to our private villa by Lyft or rental car (your choice) for a 4pm check-in.
We’ll all get settled in and get to know each other while sippin’ champagne and snacking on some delicious appetizers.
Dinner will be catered into the villa, followed by a good night’s rest to kick off the week.

We'll start off with coffee and pastries before diving into brand audits 101.
By the time we break for lunch (fully catered, all included), you’ll have a better idea of where your brand is now and where you want to go, specifically pinpointing any disconnects and all the opportunities for improvement.
After lunch, we’ll take a closer look at who exactly your audience is and how you can craft a brand that connects with them so well, they’ll be beating down your door.
In the evening we’ll go out for a group dinner at a local favorite, followed by some time to relax and enjoy a stunning Arizona sunset.

After a light breakfast, we’ll start getting into the nitty gritty of your brand story and looking at who you are, what you do, and why you do it, and what sets you apart.
After we break for lunch (and maybe a quick dip in our private pool), we’ll build out the juicy bits of your brand persona and define the creative direction for how your epic new brand will look and feel.
I’ll help you nail down exactly what changes to make AND how to make them with strategy in mind.
We’ll wrap up around 5pm and enjoy dinner and hanging out.

Our total focus on day 4 will be working together to turn the intangible aspects of your brand (from days 1, 2, and 3) into stunning brand elements that will go right into the branding board template I share with you.
I’ll teach you my field-tested strategies to creating a cohesive brand that is bursting with personality and will resonate with your audience on a whole new level.
We’ll close the day with a group dinner at another local fav to celebrate with each other and enjoying our last night in Scottsdale!

For our final morning together, we’ll enjoy breakfast at the villa and have open Q&A time.
You’ll leave with a clear and solid game plan to launch your rebrand when you get home! You are going to feel energized AF and be buzzing to jump into action.
Once the retreat is over, you’ll have 30 days of ongoing support with access to me on a private channel for any questions that may come up.

Yes, girl! Killer branding is for EVERYONE. All badass women are welcome to apply!
I suggest flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Flights are typically affordable to PHX and many cities have direct flight options. You are responsible for your own travel and transportation to/from the villa (about 20 minutes from PHX to the villa).
Yup! We’ll have space for 8 attendees in our private villa with luxury accommodations and meals included. Everyone will have their own bed (rooms may be double occupancy). The villa is huge with plenty of space for everyone to spread out!
Don’t sweat it, we’ll be able to work with your food requirements. If accepted into the retreat, you will receive an onboarding form to let me know how I can best meet your needs.
Without a doubt, yes! As long as you can act as the expert in your business, I’ll be there to guide you and help you through the whole creative process and turn your business into a killer brand.
Other than feeling like you can take on the world? You’ll leave the retreat with all the tools you need to take your brand to the next level, including the exact strategy and process I use. You’ll leave the retreat with a new brand board laying out all the elements of your new and improved brand (think color palette, fonts, visual styles, etc.).
Note: We will not be covering logo re-designs, but I will be there to give you feedback on your current logo.
